General Terms and Conditions for e-learning courses organised by the Quadriga University of Applied Sciences

Prices

All prices mentioned do not include VAT, which will be charged where appropriate. Invoices will be issued around one week before the seminar is due to begin, and must be paid within two weeks of being received. The prices are valid from 01/07/2010.

Changing a registration

Any confirmed booking can be rebooked once, without charge, up to and including 40 calendar days before the start of the e-learning course. Any transfer after that date will incur an administration fee of 150 Euro (plus VAT). For each and every subsequent booking change or transfer, another administration fee of 150 Euro (plus VAT) will be incurred. The provision of a replacement participant is, however, free of charge.

Cancelling a registration

Should you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges will be incurred (unless a replacement participant is provided):

• Cancellation up to 56 calendar days before the e-learning course: no charge
• Cancellation up to 28 calendar days before the e-learning course: 50 percent of the seminar fee
• Cancellation less than 28 calendar days before the e-learning course: full seminar price.

Cancellations and changes

Quadriga University of Applied Sciences reserves the right to cancel or to reschedule seminar locations or times, or to arrange a substitute instructor if there are less than six participants, an unforeseen problem with the instructor, or other unforeseen reasons which are out of Quadriga University of Applied Sciences 's control. In these cases, Quadriga University of Applied Sciences is not required to compensate loss of working time, or other damages, and in other cases only when there is gross negligence

Images and footage

The participants declare their agreement that Quadriga University of Applied Sciences has the right to create images and footage of the event, which will possibly include the participant, and use these images and footage for reference and marketing purposes.

Evaluation

The participants declare their agreement that Quadriga University of Applied Science has the right to use statements and opinions expressed in the evaluation as well as names and company names for marketing purposes.

Information

The participants express their consent to the use of their general and contact information for the purpose of receiving Quadriga University of Applied Sciences material. This data will not be shared with third parties.
